Sundeck
Step out onto our Sundeck at the Penmorvah.
Facing south, the decking catches the sun all day and is the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon in our peaceful woodland garden taking in the sea view.
Have a light lunch (table service), refreshments, a cream tea or full afternoon tea.
Bar service is also available on the Sundeck offering wines, beers and ciders to sip in the afternoon sun.

Available on the Sundeck and in the lounge, we offer a light lunch menu.
Fish and Chips, Pie of the Day, Lasagne, Beef Burger and a Wild Mushroom and Mozzerella Arancini.
Relax in comfortable surroudings for informal dining at lunchtime.
Cream Teas & Afternoon Tea
Freshly baked scones, Cornish clotted cream and delicious jam. The Sundeck is the best place to enjoy a cream tea this summer.
Sit back and relax while we wait on your table and serve up a delicious afternoon treat.
For the ultimate indulgence, take the full afternoon tea which includes a Cornish cream tea amongst finger sandwiches and other sweet treats.
All served with a selection of tea and coffee.
We are very busy in the summer serving cream and afternoon teas, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Sea Views & Large Garden
From the Sundeck, you will have a superb view down the valley and out to sea at Maenporth. On a sunny day, the Sundeck and Garden are a really delightful place to be.
Surrounded by woodland, the setting is peaceful and secluded. Children can be allowed to play freely in the garden and on our play equipment while you sit comfortably on the decking taking tea or lunch.
Dogs are also welcome to join you on the Sundeck as well as in the garden. We are are dog-friendly hotel.
